The brisket here blew me away with its tenderness and seasoning, melting in my mouth from the very first bite. I enjoyed pairing it with the potato salad, which was light and refreshing, and finished off with a generous serving of cobbler topped with two scoops of ice cream. The laid-back, rustic atmosphere combined with friendly service made the whole experience feel warm and inviting-I'm already looking forward to trying more of their menu.
