Johann and his wife created an incredible experience with their doubles, geera chicken doubles, and pelau-everything was delicious and bursting with flavor. I discovered Trini Doublez at the San Jose Jazz Festival and can't wait to place another order; I hope they open a restaurant soon, as I look forward to seeing them at future events.
