The Sichuan sausage offers a rich and authentic flavor with the perfect balance of Sichuan peppercorns, while the dandan noodles showcase the local taste in a truly delicious way. The salt and pepper eggplant is fried to a golden crisp on the outside and remains juicy inside, making each bite very enjoyable. Along with the flavorful egg fried noodles, the friendly owner ensures attentive service that enhances the overall dining experience.
