This taco truck in Silicon Valley blew me away with juicy, tender meats and freshly made tortillas that totally changed my mind about food truck quality. The salsas pack a flavorful punch, and calling ahead helps cut down the wait since they get pretty busy, especially on weekends.

The taco truck at the Shell gas station has completely changed my perspective on food truck offerings. Each time I've visited, the tacos, burritos, and quesadillas have been impressively fresh and bursting with flavor-especially the al pastor with grilled jalapenos. I can't get enough of their homemade tortillas and authentic salsas, which elevate the whole experience.
