Visiting family in San Jose reminded me of the great Chinese fast food I grew up with, where generous portions, fresh flavors like the house chicken and BBQ boneless ribs, friendly staff offering samples, and affordable prices made for a satisfying meal that I'm excited to enjoy again despite the limited menu and reduced locations.
