The mild sausage link I tried had the perfect balance of flavor-not too spicy and just like the authentic street hot dogs I grew up with in New York. The friendly and hardworking woman serving them adds a personal touch that makes the whole experience enjoyable, and I'm already looking forward to coming back for more.

I visited Dolly's today for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the woman running the stand. A stranger even paid for my hotdog, which was a mild sausage link that was just the right amount of spicy.
