Tackling a garden cleanup on a peaceful Sunday, my craving for dim sum took over, and thanks to DoorDash, a feast of eight authentic Hong Kong dishes arrived faster than I could say "yum." From tender dumplings to crispy roasted pork and even live lobster stealing the show, each bite was a delicious adventure that turned my chore-filled morning into a mouthwatering celebration of Chinese flavors.
