If you're a fan of bí¡nh cuốn, this hidden spot is a must-try. Operated by the owner just like in Vietnam, they speak Cantonese and Vietnamese, adding to the authenticity of the experience. While the area may seem sketchy, the outstanding quality of the steamed rolled rice pancakes makes it worth the visit.
