I went to Prime Restaurant for dinner with a friend who was staying at the hotel, and the food was exceptional. We started with the brussel sprouts and sausage, both of which were incredibly tasty. The salmon we ordered was cooked to perfection - the crispy skin paired with the flavorful and moist salmon made it the best I've ever had. Hannah, the bartender, was friendly and added to the enjoyable experience.
