Tonight, we decided to check out AJ1 Bat & Robata at the Signia by Hilton, which has a cozy retro chic vibe. The atmosphere felt more like a lounge than a traditional restaurant, and while the sushi was enjoyable, some of the other menu items didn't quite hit the mark for me.
