Pho Hoa totally hit the spot on a chilly day with their flavorful broth and generous portions, plus the service was super friendly and fast. I'm a fan of their chicken pho and coconut Thai tea combo, and my son loves the steak pho with a mango smoothie - everything feels fresh and hearty. The only thing is, the utensils and condiments are all out on the table, so if you're a bit germ-conscious like me, just ask for a fresh set.
