The Vietnamese vegan dishes here blew my mind-hu tiíªÌu chay, spicy lemongrass tofu, and even the soy milk that lets you sweeten it yourself were all incredible. I walked in clueless, copied what others ordered, and ended up with a flavorful feast that had me wishing I'd ordered twice as much, plus the friendly owners made the whole experience even better!
