Recently, I had the pleasure of having Sim's BBQ cater our family gathering. The setup was impeccable, and Ron and Sonia were like family from the start. The variety of dishes, from meatballs to smoked salmon, were beyond delicious. The deep-fried turkey for Thanksgiving was a game-changer - juicy, flavorful, and stress-free.
