Their signature almond croissant is incredible, with a buttery, flaky exterior and a delicate almond-infused filling that's a perfect mix of flavors and textures. The variety of pastries and cakes is fantastic, the owners are super friendly and hands-on, and the cozy atmosphere makes it feel like a little European bakery right in downtown Paso Robles.
