Tucked away from the usual downtown hustle, this brewery serves up some of the best beers I've ever tasted, and trust me, I've sampled plenty! Chuck and the team are super friendly, plus their IPAs are so crisp and hoppy that I can't wait to swing by again next time I'm in Paso!
