I ordered a rib dinner. I think the ribs were boiled as they certainly weren't slow cooked over wood. There wasn't even a hint of a grill mark on them as they claim on the menu. Meat had no flavor other than sauce that was barely applied before they were served. Ribs were meaty (although very grey in color) but poorly done.
