We visit Paso Robles a couple of times each year, always eager to discover a new dining experience. This time, we chose Fish Gaucho, where the chips and guacamole impressed us with their generous portion and flavor, and the tacos stole the show with their deliciousness. While the ambiance was lively and the service attentive, it was disappointing that reservations aren't accepted, requiring a wait outside before seating.
