I grabbed some amazing steaks from this cool spot last week and cooked them up to perfection. The variety of meats is fantastic, can't wait to try more next time I swing by.

We had multiple problems with a steer we recently took in to J&R Meats. The sad part was the manager was rude and wouldn't even listen to the "customer". First problem, We were invoiced incorrectly. We were charged a custom price for a beef that was not custom. Second problem, we were missing about 100 pounds of meat. Yes we got all our boxes. I had my doubts and compared it to a steer we took to a different place to be processed. The other steer had a lower hanging weight but we brought home 100 + pounds more meat. Where is the rest of our meat? We had it cut up the same. Third problem, the hamburger tastes funny. We couldn't figure out why, then we got a fair pig that was hanging in their cold box out whole and it was covered in mold. After seeing that I knew why the hamburger tasted horrible. Needless to sat we will never go back there. Watch out if you do..
