Hired a food truck for a corporate event recently and the communication was a bit off - got an auto response email and no last name or phone number in the signature. They showed up an hour late, which was a rocky start, but once the food arrived, it was fricken great! The spicy cheddar angus burger was just the right amount of heat and the roasted cauliflower was super yummy. Everyone on the team enjoyed their meals, so it ended up being a total success.
