If you find yourself with some leisure time, consider checking out this food truck. During my recent visit, the wait for my order exceeded 45 minutes, a timeframe that significantly impacted my lunch break. Additional staff support could potentially streamline the service and reduce the wait times. I opted for the beef short ribs dish, which was served with a flavorful salad featuring red onions, thinly sliced cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes, alongside a tasty potato salad. While the food quality was satisfying, I couldn't help but wish for a larger portion size given the extended wait. The price point was reasonable at $9.95, totaling $10.85 after tax, making it a decent choice for a Japanese meal. My experience at the Off the Grid event at 5th and Minna left me with mixed feelings; the chicken teriyaki donburi was decent, but the slow service detracted from the overall enjoyment.
