I tried some beans from Sam's Club and wanted to try a different variety, so I looked up a local roaster for fresh options. I made a mistake in my online order and sent them an email, but they quickly called me the next morning to fix it. The immediate personal response showed their commitment to great customer service, and their fresh roasted beans in NorCal are reasonably priced.
