I tried several unique flavors at Penny Ice Creamery, enjoyed the friendly service despite limited staff, loved the toasted marshmallow fluff topping which was outstanding, appreciated the creamy, flavorful ice cream made with quality ingredients, and found the atmosphere charming with ample outdoor seating near Palo Alto HS and Stanford.
