The atmosphere at Big Joe's transports me back to a classic diner experience, complete with retro decor and friendly service. I was blown away by the generous portions, especially the Joe's scramble, which featured perfectly fluffy eggs and crispy potatoes. Each visit leaves me eager for more, whether it's the delicious Texas-style French toast or the moist omelette that exceeded my expectations.
