TLDR; FANTASTIC wine, in my opinion. The Pinot Noir here is amazing!
Details: The wine maker and I are on exactly the same wavelength here. I enjoyed everything that was poured for me here, even the Rose, which is a style I'm not usually a fan of. I would also like to note that this was the first wine tasting we did for the day and so there is no "tipsy bias" to factor into this review.
Every wine here was nearly perfectly balanced. What I mean is, there's no strange aftertastes, or oakiness that blasts you away, or overly alcoholic, or overwhelming acidity, or any thing like that. It's just smooth, flavorful, aromatic wine, in general.
Now, that being said, I felt the Pinot Noir went a level above that even. Both Pinot's they poured for us just made me smile. There's a certain tingle I get when I drink a great wine, when my tongue and nose are sifting through the levels of flavor, and these have it. These Pinot's have multiple levels of flavor, and they leave a great long finish that keeps you analyzing the bouquet after the wine is gone. Alma Rosa is one I'll keep coming back for in the future. I struggle with identifying wine flavors specifically, but to give an idea of other wineries I enjoy: Lucas and Llewelyn, and Sanger are among my favorites and Alma Rosa is now too.
As a note: They do not give any complimentary tastings for wine purchased, which is interesting, but that doesn't take away from the quality of the wine, which is really quite up there.
