This is the best Vietnamese restaurant I have found in Santa Barbara. I love that it is very "homey". Nothing compares to my moms cooking, but this is DEFINITELY comfort food in SB. Delicious! And I am just waiting until 10 oclock to roll around so I can go have some yummy Viet food right now.
