At Santa Barbara Roasting Co., the service was friendly and efficient, making it easy to order and enjoy a warm breakfast in a cozy setting filled with inviting coffee aromas. I tried a chai latte made from a blend of their house-brewed chais, which offered a soothing balance of spice and sweetness, along with a flaky cinnamon rose pastry that was tasty despite its price. While the seating felt a bit cramped and the wifi was unreliable, the overall atmosphere and quality of the coffee made for a pleasant experience worth considering for a casual visit.
