The flavors of the Thai dishes at Zen Yai Thai Cuisine were a delightful change from the heavy holiday meals I had been indulging in. The garlic pepper chicken and eggplant basil tofu were perfectly balanced in terms of saltiness, sweetness, and greasiness, offering a burst of authentic Thai flavors. I appreciated the option to customize the spice level with chili paste on the side, and the friendly staff made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
