Although always busy and a bit pricey due to its proximity to the boardwalk, this convenient spot offers fresh, healthy, and tasty breakfast and lunch options with friendly staff, a pleasant ocean view, and a few minor inconsistencies that don't overshadow the overall enjoyable experience.
