The tamales at The Tamal Factory in Watsonville are truly delicious. The pork and chicken tamales were both moist and flavorful, with the pork being the standout. The Champurrado is a must-try as well, not overly sweet like other places. Overall, a great spot for authentic and satisfying tamales in town.
