There's a food truck on Cerillos Road that serves some of the best grilled chicken I've ever had, and it's cash only. The owner barbecues the chicken fresh, and while I had to wait a bit, it was worth it for that smoky flavor and juicy meat. The combo comes with delicious rice, beans, and spicy salsa, making it a meal I can't wait to enjoy again.
