Egad - - - asked the waitress if their beer-battered onion rings were frozen or not, noting that mushy flavorless insides can result and she assured me they were made fresh with each order. Well, she was wrong. It was as bad as I was trying to avoid. I asked that they be removed from the bill as I do not order frozen ones. She pointed to the basket saying I ate more than half and would not. I pointed out that she was not honest in answering my quite specific probes. She said it was just human error. I said "you have to know what you are offering for sale." Fifteen minutes later, she brought a bill without the (tough, chewy outside with dissolved flavorless mush inside) onion rings. BOO HISS to THAT silly nonsense & pretty worthless onion rings.
The fish taco was delicious, albeit tiny.
