We visited Carlyle on Wednesday April 23 specifically to have luncvh at Michaels. We placed our soup/Sandwich orders which were very good. We also ordered cinnamon rolls. We were not told that none were ready and I noticed a pan of cinnamon rolls being put in the over as we were finishing our lunch. I also saw the lady open the oven and check on the buns several times. Every time you open and oven you lose heat!
They cinnamon buns came to us hot (no butter) and very under done. - doughy in the middle.
I noticed they put in another pan of buns and this batch was also checked several times before we left. Do you not have a timer.?
If you have no buns baked and ready to go tell us - we will come back when they are done.

Delicious donair with a perfect balance of spice and sweetness, served on housemade pita that is simply divine. Convenient parking for our larger vehicle just around the bend on a quiet side street. Michael's, a charming local bakery and coffee shop, offers mouthwatering cinnamon buns that are not to be missed, along with exceptional espresso sourced from the esteemed 49th parallel roastery.

Consistently good food - soup, sandwiches, pizza - oh - and of course - cinnamon buns. Coffee mmmmmm. Cookies so good. Staff is always smiling and helpful. A great go-to coffee shop.
