As I strolled through Saskatoon, I overheard a couple dismissing the town with a remark about small minds, which struck me as profoundly unfair. The meal I savored at the quaint restaurant was nothing short of extraordinary, perhaps the best of 2023, with each course showcasing the freshness and creativity of the kitchen. From the delicate ricotta ravioli to the exquisite desserts, every bite was a testament to the passion and skill of the chefs, leaving me excited for my next visit.
