Recently, my family and I attended a fundraiser at the Capitol, where we were served by the attentive Isabelle. Despite the lack of vegan options on the brunch menu, Isabelle graciously allowed me to order from the dinner menu instead. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was filled with character and charm, making our first visit to the Capitol a memorable experience.
