I picked up 5 sandwiches to go from JJ on Trader Way in pooler Ga..
they were not busy, it was around 2;45..slow time of the day.. when I got home (1 1/2 hours away)... there was no meat in 1 of the sandwiches..I even said these are turkey,right, because one look thin.they assured me they had it correct. I'm beyond upset about this..and I just tried to call them to report it and they answered and hung up the phone before I said a word..someone better look into this place because there is a BAD VIBE here..I DO feel like it was deliberate especially after they hung up on me..NO excuse for this

Went there yesterday got a roast beef sandwich on bread and it tasted funny. Needless to say i got sick about a hour later. First try, last try.

Had ordered a jj gar last night , my sandwich was so soaked with mayo and sauce barely any lettuce that couldn't even eat it. Place used to be good , but no up to standards now. Bummed

Went there yesterday I ordered a tuna club which the menu said it had cheese on it and a bag of chips and a soda for take out. When opened my sandwich it was all bread barely any tuna a little lettuce and a couple of tomatoes for my first time there I was really disappointed we had Jimmy John's in Ohio where I am from and they always knew my sandwich. Not a good experience not to mention that was my dinner.

Ordered my sub for delivery and by the time driver got here my lunch break was over. Should have made them give me my money back.

Went there last night with my boyfriend and the music was so loud not to mention people were sitting around and acted like they didn't want to be bothered we looked at the menu one girl asked if she could help us and we just ended up leaving.

Got a totally tuna yesterday got home and found a long hair in it. Called up there but the guy who answered did not understand what I was telling him so I hung up , get people who know how to answer a phone. Not ever going back.

I am a little over a mile and they won't deliver to you. I would say you lost a customer and a few more in my complex.

Didn't get my Gulfstream discount Saturday , just because I didn't have my uniform on. I will be going back to cook out they give 20%. To bad because I like the Sandwiches.

Tried to write a review on their website , won't let me. Was there about a hour ago and I ordered a Italian night club with extra dressing, extra lettuce and hot peppers. I had very little lettuce and about three hot peppers , you really can't watch them make it like subway does but anyway not how i ordered it. I ate it because it was my lunch break and I was hungry but I think I will stick to firehouse or subway at least I know what I am getting and besides Jimmy John's is overpriced.

Went there last night asked for roast beef, after trying to yell my order over Rap music playing and got home and had some turkey and ham on my sandwich, I did not order that. Was to tired to go back up there so threw it away. Very disappointed

We live in California and love our Jimmy John's but passing by this one we had the crave but this is by far the worst Jimmy's I ever been to. We were so disappointed
