My meal arrived 15 minutes before rest of the family. My wife's meal was cold when it arrived. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was informed that there was not a manager on the premises which would explain a lot.. I have had mediocre service at Nibans before, but tolerated it because they are so close. I will not be back.!
