I love going to Russo's fish market because you get to pick out your own fresh seafood, and everything truly feels like it just came from the water-especially the shrimp, which still have that vibrant green and blue on their tails. The variety is amazing, from flounder and red snapper to live crawfish and oysters, and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole experience enjoyable. One time, I tried their deviled crab and crab chowder, and both reminded me of homemade Southern cooking, full of flavor and comfort.

If you're after some top-quality fresh fish, head over to the seafood joint with the picture of a restaurant, but right next to it is Russo's fish market where you can handpick your own catch. They've got a great selection from shrimp to bass, and their seafood is as fresh as it gets. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and though prices are a bit steep, the variety and quality make it worth it for a seafood lover like me!
