The dining experience at the Carbondale Grand Hotel was exceptional, with friendly waitstaff, delicious food including fresh salads, flavorful steak, tasty chicken Florentine, and amazing flatbreads, plus a complimentary breakfast of coffee, orange juice, scrambled eggs, marbled rye toast, crispy bacon, and fresh fruit, all enjoyed by a warm fire, although there were additional charges for delivered food and minor service delays during busy times.
