The coffee shop has a welcoming atmosphere with quick and friendly service, and the coffee is excellent, especially for black coffee enthusiasts like me. However, there is one particular employee who can be rude and condescending, which can detract from the overall experience. Considering adding more staff during busy times could help decrease customer wait times and improve the service quality.
