A former Jermyn resident I ate many lunch and dinners at Paul and Andy's l haven't been there since the new owners took over, maybe I'll pass and visit Al Wanas' Restaurant

The Windsor used to have delicious food. Once the new owners took over this place has gone down hill very quickly. Terrible food now and if you order take out, they can't get the order right to save their lives.

Worse than fast food, they are too cheap to dump the wings in a deep fryer so they bake them instead. Bland taste of sauce that gets slathered over half cooked wings. You could eat lobster cheaper than this halfway done junk that just couldn't taste right to half a dozen people!
