NOT IMPRESSED! I stopped in for a quick coffee and to go salad. The service was super slow, which I was very polite about . I could have done without the rude comment made by the employee "I hate newcomers, they always want their food fast." She then proceeded to tell me that their lunch time orders go out slower and that it is better to call ahead of time if I want it quick. The part that bothers me is that she was very rude about it when I was very polite. Good business practice says you act like you want customers in your cafe, not lecture them if they want an order after waiting 15 minutes. Sorry, but I will NEVER give them my business again. When did customer service mean a business acts as if they don't actually have to be quick and kind to their customers? All I can say is people do not have to come into your restuarant, they do not have to give you their business.Act like you want people there, not like you are doing them some great favor.Lose the attitude.You lost a potential regular customer.
