Rob Roy's holiday pop-up bars are seriously impressive with their detailed decorations that totally get me in the festive mood every time. The drinks are creative and tasty, often served in fun themed mugs, though they can be a bit pricey and mostly rum-based, which might not be for everyone. The space is cozy and can get crowded with waits outside, but the friendly bartenders and lively atmosphere make it worth sticking around for.
