The Rotunda is incredibly convenient for me as I spend most of my time at Hitchcock and the Health Sciences building. I absolutely love their self-serve waffles, where you can customize your own creation. While the price may seem a bit steep, the freshness and aroma of the waffles make it worth it, and there's a sense of accomplishment in making your own treat. The soup options are usually satisfying, and they offer a good selection of pastries, cookies, and decent pasta dishes for lunch, making it a convenient and tastier alternative to vending machine options on campus.
