I reserved the mezzanine for a private party and was impressed by the friendly service, stylish atmosphere, and delicious food that left my guests and me very happy. After a less-than-perfect experience during another visit, the manager reached out personally, apologized, and issued a refund, showing a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. The bartenders are accommodating and skilled, crafting creative cocktails like the Walnut Old Fashioned and Son of Man cider, making it a memorable spot to return to again.
