After trying almost every Mexican joint in West Seattle, finally checking out El Chupacabra was such a win-the food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the vibe with punk rock tunes and dim lighting is super chill. The outdoor seating overlooking Alki Beach is perfect for summer, and they've got awesome vegan options, great drinks, and friendly staff that make the whole experience even better.

Having tried many Mexican restaurants in West Seattle, I was blown away by El Chupacabra. The food was delicious, the service friendly, and the atmosphere fun and inviting.
