The customer service at this BBQ restaurant was impressive, with friendly staff providing timely service. The food was delicious, particularly the tender brisket and flavorful potato salad, which I found to be exceptional. Despite the small size of the restaurant and the challenge of navigating Pike Place Market, the quality of the meal made it worth the visit.
