Let me start by saying, I did not even get the food I ordered. Wow, literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. If I could rate this place a 0 I would just because of such rude experience. I called in an order at 5pm, they close at 6pm. The woman on the phone was already giving me an attitude right off the bat. I asked if I can place an order for pick up and she responded “it depends, we’re out of everything.” I gave my order and they had everything I ordered. By the time we went to pick the order at 5:20pm, the closed sign was on and the door was locked. They would not even let my husband in to pick up the order. I had to call the restaurant again, the same woman didn’t even say hello, she immediately asked “are you outside?” And I told her yes my husband is trying to pick u the order. She immediately hung up on me without saying anything. Then she opened the door and my husband went in to pick up the food. He told them that they had horrible customer service. They kept telling him that they didn’t have anymore food, but weren’t understanding that he was just there to pick it up. The woman was very rude and did not even try to ask or help even though we called in the order before picking it up. My husband ended up walking out. We love to support Filipino restaurants, but not with this kind of service. Please do yourselves a favor and hire better servers. At least ones that are nicer.
