Birrieria La Sabrosa de los Mochis is a very exciting and happy addition to the already wonderful dining options of SeaTac/Burien. Birrierias seem to be trending in the Seattle area, at least I've noticed a bunch popping up, but pushing ahead of some tough competition La Sabrosa is my new favorite. I left my first meal there genuinely excited. The soup broth is rich and flavorful, the meats are well seasoned, moist, and delicious, and everything was very authentic (at least from the perspective of my limited wanderings through Mexico, La Sabrosa's fare is a Sinaloa style). Much of what is on offer at La Sabrosa is home-made, from the tortillas to many of the beverages to the salsas (of which there are four, ranging from mild to a savory and spicy macha). The prices are very reasonable and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I high recommend checking this new treasure out and I look forward to my next visit.
