Bagel Oasis is my go-to for bagels in Seattle; you have to grab them while they're hot for a seriously heavenly bite. I've been going for years, and their everything bagels with scallion cream cheese are a real treat. The vibe is casual, and even though eating there isn't ideal, the freshly made bagels are always worth it.
