Ludi's has made a comeback this summer, and I couldn't wait to try their incredible menu at the new location on 2nd Ave & Stewart Street. The Ube Pancakes were a standout, bursting with flavor and available only on the weekends, which had everyone lining up regardless of the weather. It's disheartening to hear that they might be closing again, as their authentic Filipino food and warm atmosphere made every visit special.
